This is an advanced process, and if you decide to perform it, we advise you to be extra cautious. First, you need to open your SFC log and check which corrupted files can’t be repaired. We already explained how to view SFC log file in Solution 1, so be sure to check it out for instructions. After you find the corrupted file, you need to transfer a healthy version of that file from another PC to your PC. Keep in mind that both PCs have to use the same version of Windows 10. To replace the corrupted file manually, you need to do the following: Open Command Prompt as administrator. Enter takeown /f C:corrupted-file-location-and-file-name and press Enter. Remember to replace C:corrupted-file-location-and-file-name with the actual location of the corrupted file. You need to include both the file name and extension and not just the location of the directory. By running takeown command you’ll have ownership over the corrupted file. Now enter icacls C:corrupted-file-location-and-file-name /Grant Administrators:F command to gain full administrator privileges over the file. Once again, replace C:corrupted-file-location-and-file-name with the actual location of the file. Now you need to replace the problematic file with the healthy file that you copied from a different PC. Enter copy C:location-of-healthy-file C:corrupted-file-location-and-file-name and press Enter. Enter Yes if you’re asked if you want to overwrite the file. Repeat these steps for all corrupted files. After all corrupted files are replaced, run SFC /verifyonly command to verify if the problem with corrupted files is fixed. This is one of more advanced solutions, and if it seems a bit complicated, be sure to read it carefully couple of times.

How to Fix BIOS Can't Save Settings

BIOS cant save settings, how to fix it. Characteristic this problem is every time turn on computer, show message; CMOS settings wrong, CMOS Date/Time not set, Press F1 to run SETUP. How to fix this problem.

Solution No.1
BIOS cant save settings, caused by CMOS battery power runs out.
With Avometer, you can check CMOS battery.
Solution; replace CMOS battery with new one.

Solution No.2
BIOS cant save configurations, cause by on-board peripherals not function / broken. Motherboard has few on-board peripherals, ex; PS2, LAN on-board, VGA on-board, sound on-board, USB slot, PCI slot, AGP slot, etc. How to identify on-board peripherals not function...? To identify this problem, example; USB slot not function (front USB and back USB). USB not function caused by two possible; driver corrupt and USB slot broken. Make sure, your driver no problem. If you sure, no problem with driver, and USB still not function, and every time turn on computer, press F1 to run setup (BIOS cant save settings), the conclusion is; BIOS cant save settings caused USB on-board broken. 
Solution for this problem is disable USB function on BIOS, then insert USB card on PCI slot.
Note; some motherboard have USB jumper, you can try move jumper from 1-2, to 2-3. After jumper move (wait about 10 seconds), move back jumper to normal / 1-2. If USB still not function, the conclusion is USB broken.

 In many case have I meet, BIOS cant save configurations if; PS2 broken, LAN card broken, USB slot broken, soundcard broken, PCI slot broken, AGP slot broken, SATA error (some bord have four SATA slot, example; one of them broken, disable broken SATA), FAN detect error, floopy error, IDE error.

Solution No.3
Clear CMOS. You can try this solution. How to clear CMOS. Turn off computer, unplug power cable. Found CMOS jumper on motherboard. Normal jumper position = 1-2. Move jumper to 2-3, wait 10 seconds. After that, return jumper to 1-2. (Picture)

If solution No.3 fail, try solution No.1 or No.2

Open site motherboard manufacture, support and download, select your motherboard type, download BIOS update file, for your motherboard type. Before update BIOS, read guidance how to do that. How to recover lost/missing system tray icon? [Solved-Closed]

1. Back up the Registry by creating a restore point.
2. Go to Start > Run (or Windows-key + R), type in regedit and hit OK.
3. Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify.
4. Delete the values IconStreams and PastIconsStream.
5. Open up the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to the Processes tab, select explorer.exe and click End Process.
6. Open the Applications tab and click New Task at the bottom-right of the window.
7. In the message box that pops up type in explorer.exe and hit OK.
8. Explorer.exe will reload, and the missing icons should now be back in the system-tray where they belong.
9. Then if the volume bar isn't there, go to taskbar properties (where the volume was gray) and simply tick the box.

One of the useful tool Microsoft introduced on Windows, is the ability to run system file checker to check the stability of core system files. We have discussed about the System File Checker earlier. One of the most effective ways to run this tool or SFC is to run in Safe Mode or at boot-time. This may be an option you may want to consider, if you find that your system file checker run does not complete successfully. At boot time, system files won’t be connected to any other Windows services so it could be easier for the to complete its run successfully and replace the files.

How To: Replace/Delete Protected DLL Files In Windows 7

Windows doesn’t allows the user to delete or replace the protected system files that are very essential to run Windows smoothly. But we can’t follow Windows rule all the time since we need to experiment with various system files in order to change the functionality or the look of Windows.

In most of the causes Windows will not boot if you have not replaced the system file neatly or if you have tinkered with system file in an inappropriate way. To avoid all those frustrations we need to know the right steps to a replace a system file.

In Windows XP, we used to use a software called Replacer, but it’s not fully compatible with Windows 7 and Vista. Unlike Windows XP, Vista & 7 doesn’t require to disable “Windows File Protection” feature to play with system files. You can start playing with system files by taking ownership of the files in Vista & 7.

Replace protected DLL files in Windows 7

Follow the below steps to replace any system file with a new one or to modify it. Make sure you follow the instructions before start the adventure. For instance, let’s consider a system protected file labeled Shell32.dll as the file to be replaced in this guide.

* The best way to start the procedure is to backup Windows. I recommend cloning software like Macrium Reflect (Free) or Acronis True Image or Windows 7’s inbuilt image backup feature to create a good backup.

* Head to the folder where the file is located. In this case, Shell32.dll file can be found in “C:\Windows\System32“. Where “C” is your OS (Operating system) drive.

* You can simply create a backup of system file by renaming it. But Windows doesn’t allow you to rename a protected file. So, user needs to take Ownership of the file to rename it.

* Read my detailed “How to take ownership of a file in Windows 7” to take the ownership of the file (Same method applies to Vista as well). Once you have the ownership of the file, rename the file. For instance, rename Shell32.dll to Shell32OLD.dll. Simply click Continue button if you are prompted with security dialog box.

* Obviously, the next step is the copy a new file to with the same of the system file to the same folder. Fox example, you need to move/copy a new “Shell32.dll” “C:\Windows\System32” folder. Also note that it should be a valid file.

If you have replaced a system file with invalid file means Windows will not boot next time. So make sure that the system file is valid and works fine with the version of your Windows before replacing the file. You can also delete the file once you have the ownership of the system file.

Another interesting, useful and hidden feature introduced in Internet Explorer 11 is the "Enterprise Mode" which has been implemented to provide better support for websites having compatibility issues in IE11 web browser.
Basically Enterprise Mode in IE11 tries to behave like IE8 version so that older websites which can recognize IE8 but can't recognize the new IE11 version, can open properly in IE11. Enterprise Mode in IE11 replicates original IE8 user agent string and outputs IE8's response to ActiveX controls and other binaries query so that old websites can open perfectly in IE11.
Enterprise Mode also brings back many deprecated features of IE8 such as CSS Expressions, etc for websites which contain objects or legacy web apps requiring those features to run. Enterprise Mode also turns off preloading website content feature of IE11 because some old websites do not support this feature. Basically you can consider Enterprise Mode as an emulation of IE8 web browser within IE11 which uses a modified browser configuration to open incompatible websites.
Enterprise Mode in IE11 is disabled by default but interested people can enable it using following methods:
